The collaboration between the owner of the estate who wishes through the
real estate agency to sell or to rent is fortified with an application
known as the offering order. This order is composed of information concerning
the owner, the estate’s price and the consented real estate’s commission.
The offering order has two kinds:
• Exclusive Order In this case, the real estate office has exclusive adoption
to promote the estate in a distinct period of time. If the estate during
this time has either been sold or rented, the real estate agency stops
the promotion unless the order has been renewed.
• Simple Order This order has unlimited period of time. The owner is free
to sign orders with several real estate offices. The commission goes only
to the agency that sold or rented the estate.
The cooperation between buyer/tenant and the real estate office is supported
by an application entitled buyer / tenant / contractor Order. This order
includes all the information about the owner, the estate’s price and the
consented commission for the agency.
The nomination order is only one:
• Simple Order This order has unlimited period of time. The buyer/tenant
is free to sign orders with several real estate offices but not for the
same estate. If a buyer / tenant sign an order with several real estate
agencies concerning the same estate then he is obliged to pay every agency
that had indicated this to him. This order includes all the information
about the owner, the estate’s price and the consented commission for the
agency.
